Give a Buck!
(What were you thinking?)

Now that we have your attention- We want to say thank you to all of those that have already donated during this financial crisis. Your generosity has inspired us and without it, we simply wouldn't be here. To those that have not yet contributed, we want to emphasize how important your help right now is-

For example, did you know...

  • BCP staff has been furloughed since March?
  • That even in shut down mode the BCP electric bill is $1,700 per month?
  • During a pandemic wind insurance at The Betty still, costs over $10,000?
  • Due to the health crisis, our liability insurance has gone up to $2,300 per month?
  • Ticket sales (zero in six months & counting!) account for 1/2 of BCP's budget?

  • If you donated even 1/2 of your usual subscription costs you would ensure we can open again in January?

As we continue to explore ways to bring live theater to you BCP will produce one of the first plays written about COVID-

Waiting for the Sunrise- A Viral Love Story is an original musical created specifically for BCP!

Using a four-actor cast and with safety protocols in place, this show will be offered FREE to our patrons for viewing on the internet. Here's a story on our show from the news.

We will continue to provide this programming and online classes all while taking steps to reduce expenses, but even virtual programming and these cost-cutting measures will not keep the wolves from our door until we can meet again. Your donation now is more important than ever. For the sake of live performance, for the good of local theater, please consider helping BCP through this unprecedented time. You can donate right from this website

Thank you in advance for your support!
