Visit the box office at the Betty Greenberg Center for Performing Arts Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm (or by appointment) and two hours before curtain on show days to purchase tickets, or to exchange your current tickets or season vouchers. 


You may purchase tickets online 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week prior to and during performance weeks.


You may purchase tickets by telephone with your Discover, MasterCard, American Express or Visa.  Once purchased, your tickets will be held for you in the box office and may be picked up at any time including the day of the performance.  We are no longer accepting unpaid reservations over the phone or by voicemail.


We request that you not leave your seating request or credit card information by voicemail.  You may, however, leave your name, phone number, number of tickets and requested performance date and our box office staff will return your call as soon as possible.


Once you have received your season tickets, you may exchange them for another performance at no additional cost.  Simply bring your ticket to the box office between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday and two hours before curtain on show days, at least 24 hours prior to the date of the performance on the ticket.  If you are unable to attend the play and cannot share your tickets, please call the box office at 833-4664. We often have people on our standby list that would enjoy seeing a play on a moment's notice.


We will accept ticket exchanges by mail and will hold your replacement tickets in the box office on the date of the performance. Please be very clear in your request as to which performance you wish to attend.  Also include contact information so that we may confirm the exchange or ask for clarification.


Earlier requests receive a better choice of seats.  Assistance for individuals with disabilities is available upon request.


Tickets not picked up by 7:00 P.M. (for evening shows) or 1:30 P.M. (for matinees) may be released to persons on our standby list.  If you are going to be late, please call the box office and ask that your tickets be held.  If you are unable to attend a show for which you have reservations, please call the box office to release your tickets.


Tickets for future performances may be picked up during regular box office hours.  However, we kindly request that you not phone for future reservations within a half hour before a performance, as we give priority to patrons who are attending that day's performance.
