Beaumont Community Players has the privilege of being the only community theatre in the area that has two performance spaces available. The McFaddin Ward Auditorium is our mainstage theatre and the McMillan Studio Theatre is our black box, lending itself to a myriad of staging and seating possibilities.

McFaddin Ward Auditorium

BCP's mainstage theatre

This theatre will be used for more traditional shows and our large musicals. The McFaddin Ward Auditorium has the capabiltiy of seating 200 patrons with the orchestra pit lowered or over 220 with the orchestra pit raised. The seating is a standard raised theatrical style level of seating with every patron having an awesome and unobstructed view of the stage.

McMillan Studio Theatre

BCP's black box theatre

This theatre will be used for our shows that don't need such the large stage that the McFaddin-Ward Auditorium has. This theatre has movable seating, movable staging and can be morphed into what is needed for that particular show and it can become anything anyone wishes to imagine. BCP holds many shows, events and dinners in our black box theatre. Since the seating changes per show we have no finite number of seats. However, most shows in the McMillan Studio Theatre seat ~ 115.
